Our last newsletter for the year is just a short one to say thank you for your support over the 2005 year and to wish you well for Xmas and New Year.

This trek was researched by David and Michelle on their trip through the Victorian High Country earlier in the year.

Goobang NP - NSW

The friendly folks at the Peak Hill Caravan Park in central west NSW are so keen to see a Trek Note published on ExplorOz.com for the Goobang National Park, which is nearby to them, that they are offering a weeks free camping/caravanning site for the person who supplies the Trek Note to us. This offer will help the travel writer prepare and explore the area in comfort.

Note - the travel writer must be able to provide the information according to the ExplorOz Trek Note Proforma. Please contact Michelle for more information.

Year of the Outback 2006

In the last newsletter we told you a little bit about this upcoming event. Although we said we'd tell you more this fortnight, some people couldn't help themselves and had to phone to find out how they can participate.

So for all those people that are aching to find out more, we are pleased to announce that ExplorOz is the "Official Website" for the event and all information will be made available to the public via a new page just added to our site today - see Outback Clean Up Event Page
