Hi ExplorOz Reader,

The 4 day long weekend celebrating Easter is now upon us but did you know that school holidays have also commenced in both Victoria and Queensland? This means that anywhere within 2 hours of major centres will undoubtedly be very busy so if you haven't got a campsite booked, chances are unlikely that you'll find one vacant. Whatever you end up doing just remember that making memories doesn't have to be complicated. Please stay safe on the roads and please share your best Easter memories and experiences on our Facebook page or in the Forum.

The ExplorOz Office (WA) and Warehouse (SA) will be closed for both the Good Friday (25/3) and Easter Monday Public Holidays (28/3). Regular Warehouse operations will recommence on the 29/3 and all orders will be processed as normal. The office will only have partial staff resources available for the remainder of next week, our phone lines will be unattended until the 4/4, so please send any urgent enquiries through to info@exploroz.com and for non-urgent matters please leave a message and we will call you back on the 4th of April.

The Place Name Update, as announced in last week's newsletter, can only be utilised in the various versions of OziExplorer (PC, CE, Android) and Hema Navigators.

If you have purchased any EOTopo Product from the ExplorOz Shop (including the Hema Navigator 7 - EOTopo Edition), you will have access to download the Place Name file via the Registered Downloads tab on the EOTopo Download Page. Then it is simply a matter of replacing your current files (wherever they are located within your current set-up), with the new files.

NOTE: We have received several enquiries about the ability to use these files in the TrackRanger and Memory Map systems however while this is not currently supported, we are exploring options to make this data available for you.
