Tour National Parks in NSW & ACT


Brindabella NP

Close to Canberra, this trek covers an area riddled with steep zigzagging climbs and descents accessible only by 4WD. There are plenty of things to do in the Brindabella National Park such as: bushwalking, mountain biking, orienteering, bird and nature watching, and not to forget - exploring the excellent system of 4WD trails.

Barrington Tops NP

The magnificent Barrington Tops National Park boasts superb mountain top accommodation, excellent walking trails, suitable 2WD and 4WD routes and great camping spots. There are hundreds of kilometres of forest roads and fire trails open to 4WD enthusiasts (includes the Barrington Trail which reopens late Sept.) and conventional vehicles can use many of the forest roads.

Sand Drive on the East Coast


Stockton Beach

Stockton Beach is the 4WD and dune buggy playground capital of Australia. Just 2 hours north of Sydney via the freeway, this huge expanse of sand dune area is open for camping and frolicking. Some say the dunes are higher than in the Simpson Desert! A great experience.

Fraser Island

Fraser Island lies at the southern end of the Great Barrier Reef, just a 35-minute boat ride from Hervey Bay and a 45-minute flight (or a three and a half hour drive) from Brisbane. It has a World Heritage Listing and is in fact the largest sand island in the world. Fraser Island has a rich history and while it was once very remote and inaccessible, the spot is now one of Australia's most popular tourist destinations.

Cool Off in WA's South West


Donnybrook to Augusta via Black Point

Starting at Donnybrook, this trek features great forest scenery, from jarrah/marri in the north to tall magnificent tall karri in the south, then continuing to spectacular basalt rock coastal scenery at Black Point and on to Augusta via peppermint lined coastal tracks.

Warren Beach Dunes

The town of Pemberton and surrounding areas has become a popular tourist destination in recent years and there are many attractions for people of all interests including four wheel drive owners. This trek, which starts in Pemberton, takes you through the Brockman, D'Entrecasteaux and Warren National Parks and provides spectacular scenery ranging from towering karri forests to endless sand dunes reminiscent of the Sahara.

Explore SA's Peninsulas


Coffin Bay

The Coffin Bay penninsula is a large wilderness area, almost surrounded by water, reaching out into Great Australian Bight. It is situated at the southern-most tip of the Eyre Peninusula near Port Lincoln. There are 2 excellent National Parks for beach camping, excellent fishing and boating.

Fleurieu

This trek covers the eastern, southern and western coastal regions of the peninsula and offers a variety of contrasts of wild beaches, excellent coastal scenery, great family seaside towns, rolling pastoral land and a taste of a popular wine region.

Conqeur VIC's High Country


Corryong to Omeo

Commencing in Corryong, resting place of "The Man from Snowy River", Jack Riley, this trip travels out of Nariel and up into the mountains from there. A great trek in the Vic High Country with a crossing of the Murray River. Travel through a range of fauna & altitudes. Views of Kosciusko abound from the summits of Mt’s. Pinnibar & Gibbo.

Woods Point to Porepunkah

This route enables you to travel directly from Woods Point to Wonnangatta Valley in 3 days, experiencing challenging 4WDing, ever-changing mountain scenery, historic cattlemans huts and peaceful rivers throughout the entire journey. This route is definitely not the faint-hearted and should only be attempted by very confident 4WDrivers (and passengers).

Freycinet National Park

Freycinet National Park is part of the Freycinet Peninsula featuring everything paradise is made of. Majestic lush forests, pink-tinged granite cliffs, tranquil white beaches and peaceful walking trails are just some of the things to see and do. This trek takes in attractions such as Cape Tourville, Bluestone Bay, and Friendly Beaches to name a few.

Sandy Cape Track

The legendary Sandy Cape is one of those inhospitable places that most people only hear about. Similar to the challenges akin to treks such as the Canning Stock Route or Cape York, Sandy Cape is Tasmania’s extreme 4WD destination. Sandy Cape is surrounded by magnificent granite boulders creating a number of sheltered and secluded swimming pools.
