Hi ExplorOz Reader, Spring is in the air, and with it we notice a fresh wave of contributions. Loads of people are going the extra mile - but we don't mean driving... they are taking time to share content to areas of ExplorOz, such as road condition updates, adding photos, text, & reviews to existing Places, making reviews about Shop Products, and sharing travelogues, photos and other stories in Blogs. We also welcome the Members who've recently stepped forward to volunteer their time and effort to assist with Forum Moderation. These contributions are all invaluable so thank you to all of you that have made contributions, we are certain that your input goes a long way to helping others enjoy all that goes into explor-ing Oz. If anyone has a small amount of time available each day and would like to help keep our road reports uptodate, we have an opening for a remote task you can do from home. We would ideally like one volunteer per state. Birthday Posts
As of yesterday, we have introduced a new feature into the Forum. |
Each day, our system will automatically create a post listing screen names and links to member profiles for the day's birthday members. This allows you to put all your birthday messages to friends/aquaintances in the one post. | |
The birthday person will also automatically have this posted tagged to their Watched List so they will know, when they next log on, that there are messages for them to read, or if they've subscribed to Forum by Email, they'll get instant alerts via email.
