The
Great Outback Cleanup
|
If you've got the inkling to get in your 4WD (or hire one)
during August this year, and hit the outback tracks then why not
coordinate your trip with this year's Year of the Outback
highlight event for the 4WD Industry - the Great Outback
Cleanup. |
The bonuses of this event are
many, obviously to see our tracks and campsites cleared of litter, but
it's also a fundraiser. Rather than collecting funds along the way, the
donations are made by the actual driving participants, sort of like an
entry fee. However, you only have to donate whatever you want. To assist
in the complex coordination of who gets to go, ExplorOz was asked to
host an auction with bidding for a place the only way to get your entry
in. No matter what you bid, from as little as $1 you will get to go on
the track you nominate if your bid is in the top 20 bids for that track
at the close of the Auction. For full details go to the official Great
Outback Cleanup Auction on ExplorOz.
Happy
Easter from David, Michelle, Jackie, Joey, and Kerry The ExplorOz Team
