Leaving Melbourne first weekend in June travelling to Coober Pedy then across Anne Beadell to Laverton,Leonora,then up to Wiluna.Travelling to Carnegie then acroos to well 9 on the Canning as I will be towing a 4wd trailer.Up the Canning to Halls Creek.From Halls Creek to Fitzroy Crossing and on to Broome.Broome up through the Kimberlies via the Gibb River Road. Hope to make it right up to Kalumburu. Then back down to Wyndham ,Kununurra ,Katherine and Darwin.From Darwin start southerly journey down to Alice Springs then east through the Simpson to Birdsville,Innamincka, Broken Hill and finally back to Melbourne.I cannot give exact times at places as we will be taking it easy and hope to see everything.
We intend to do some gold detecting along the way and some fishing up north.
