Wyndham WA & The Five Rivers Lookout

Welshmun

Today we drove the easy 20kms into Wyndham.
Yesterday we had camped at Parry's Farm Campground shown by the red
pin. Excellent facilities, relaxing, friendly Boab trees everywhere.
Trees with character.
So into town, and first stop as recommended by everyone who's been
there is The Five Rivers Lookout.
It didn't disappoint with amazing views of the Cambridge Gulf and
convergence of the 5 rivers.
See pics, but I could have stayed there all afternoon just gazing at
the vista. Timor is just 740kms away, Perth 3000kms !
Wyndham is small but has the essentials: supermarket, post office
( where I will collect my forwarded mail later this week) and a
bottleshop with reasonable prices.
A good day.
Pot roast on an open camp fire at Parry's later that evening.
How good is this trip?!
