Walynda (Wal & Lynda), with two kids, Jaxon and Kacie in “Snoopy the troopy”and our camper trailer “Titless”
Tuesday 1st July (Wal's birthday)
We are heading off on a great adventure from Condingup to the
Gold Coast, via
Cape York. We have pulled the kids out of school for the whole of third term and will be heading off today, after a bit of last minute packing and cleaning. We love camping and 4wdriving but this will be a whole new experience for us. We are heading from
home up the Balladonia track (Parmango Road) then to just short of
Caiguna, that’s where we will say goodbye to smooth sufaces for some time, we will head up through
Rawlinna Station to the trans line, from here we will go on the Connie Sue Highway to Warbuton then across to
Alice Springs, taking in Uluru and Kings Canyon along the way. By then we will be looking forward to a washing machine a long hot shower, and some fresh supplies before the next leg of our trip. We are doing this trip solo and have been planning it for 12 months
