After Glenreagh we worked our way through the forests to Wild Bull campground. Good to see the logging in action. But loaded log trucks on blind corners were a bit exciting .Passed through areas that were being set up for the World Rally Circuit in and around the Coffs Harbour area. From here to Taylors Arms Hotel (pub with no beer fame) for great pizzas (home made) and a night in the dorm style accommodation.
Wed 10/09/14 saw us at the Bellbrook hotel for tea and a night in the cabins next door .Roast dinner that night was provided by the village store as was the next mornings fuel and home made pies for breaky.
Along the way we had a puncture to fix and replace wheel bearings in the KTM on our way to a lovely creek side camp for our second last night. Difficult terrain and trees over the road made life interesting. But no Tasmanian worth his salt goes any where with out a trusty chainsaw .The little green devil cut its way through the ill placed tree and allowed us to pass to arrive at camp near Dalmorton.
After one of the riders had realised he had left his bumbag and tools 40 odd ks back at 15-40 ,we continued to Peacock Creek as he rode back followed by a a support ute. Daves famous curried sausages and mashed Potatoe (Tassy spuds) was nearly ready as boys drove in ,Bumbag in tow.
Leisure breakfast and pack up then a quiet trip back through Nimbin and back to Clunes to sort out everyones gear ,BBQ tea and farewell four of the boys that set off Sat night at 22-00 for Mckay . The remaining seven watched the footy and retired early tired and relaxed .
