Across Oz - the Ride against Depression

Well they are off on a great adventure for a great cause. "ACROSS OZ" - THE RIDE AGAINST DEPRESSION".



What a great way to raise awareness of the incidence of Depression in our Society and to offer some tangible solutions.





I was lucky enough to be the ExplorOz Ambassador at the start of a fantastic journey which is receiving overwhelming support from Businesses Media and people across Australia.


Bruce Potts and Damien Milo departed today from Fountainhead Organic Retreat in Maleny Queensland to raise awareness of an illness that affects 1 in 5 Australians at some time in their lives. They are also raising awareness that there are now many ways to overcome Depression that actually WORK.
Encouraging Men and Women to seek help rather than turning to alcohol drugs or other less effective practices to overcome depression.
