Took delivery of the new custom built touring trailer after quite a long process of design on the way through. It looks terrific and I'm really delighted with it.

The outside features:
It's based on a 6x4 garden trailer with a metal canopy over the top to a height of about 1800 mm. It's green, a bit brighter than Brunny green, and has spare wheel, gas bottle, jerry can holder and stone guard mounted on the draw bar. The running gear is single axle, 17" wheels, electric brakes, off-road leaf springs.

Inside there are two compartments. At the rear, the 'Chuckwagon' is bolted to the floor and houses the kitchen - tucker boxes, water, fridge, and pot drawer. The front section is the Everything Else Department. That include bedding, chairs, recovery gear, second battery, tools, tent accessories and so forth. The tent is a two metre long affair that travels in its own compartment mounted over the right hand mudguard.

Well now I've got some backing practice to do preferably without too many folk watching. Hanging out to take it away on a trip!
