I've just purchased my 2nd pair and very happy with them again so thought i should write a review. They are good quality and very comfortable, tight and conform to your foot which i've found is great. They're not super think that they can't be worn in normal shoes which is a plus but thick, padded and supportive enough for a long day driving and clambering about in sturdy boots.

They are a natural fibre – not a synthetic such Dacron, nylon etc.
Then again if you were to put cotton socks in the fire they would burn too.
