The knock em downs are here at last, and we all know what that means....the dry is not far away. Got one at 2:30 this morning out of the blue, lasted about ten minutes, snapped off an 8.0m royal palm at the base. Came down over the pergola, just as my son was closing the windows down stairs and he had the audacity to tell me later that he thought " the old man has gone A over T upstairs" grrr.
Are the Territory.... ya gotta love it.
Going down to see the old mate at Mt Bundy for
Easter to celebrate the start of the dry, (I hope) get the
camp oven going... but of course there will be no drinking of strong liquor involved.....hee... hee.
The "Sunday History" could be a bit late on
easter Sunday

Knock em Downs... we havn't had ours yet, probably get them when Noel K is here, after a few drinks he'll knock every thing down.
Might have to put a security guard on the main entrance
gate so he'll only allow genuine campers and tourists in.....

BTW Noel, if ya having trouble getting in touch with Doug, he'll be out looking for somewhere to hide his beer fridge. Local legend has it no ones ever found it.

well hidden, that not even Doug can remember where it is .....lol..
Mind you, he is an "old-timer" now, so he has some excuse....
