If you cannot get into a park friendly caravan park then look for a dog boarding kennel.
Otherwise ditch the canine.
I used to have a handle on life, but it broke.

Cheers Dodg.

Hi Elaine

Badger's lists a few. See also Berry Springs; someone i know stayed at one of these last year as they couldn't get into a Darwin Park with their dog at the time.

As the parks are usually only fully booked in peak season and it sounds like you will be going soon, i am surprised you had an issue. Had the ones listed as dog friendly on Badger's changed their criteria? If so, i would like let Badger know to check this out and if necessary update the listings. How long would it take you to get to the hospital from Lee Point?

Met a member one year who had the same problem and ended up staying at a park in Palmerston--don't know which one.I am pretty sure Lee Point c.p does not allow dogs.

Why not ring one of the vets/vet hospitals up there. They would probably know who would take dogs

I was sure Lee point allowed dogs this time of year, but they may have changed their policy.
