Hello all,

Have lurked and found lots of GOOD information by Googling things and seeing ExplorOz forum threads come up in the results... decided to join the fray, what's the worst that could happen?

Had a D22 Navara for 3 years but just sold it recently - was getting the irrits with tying things down and tarping them up (steel dropside tray), and always ending up with stuff that little bit damp and dusty. Between that and the, ahh, less than perfect rear seat... my 5yo was over it... so it had to go.

So a new one is on the way. GU III Patrol, Chev V8 diesel already in place, and last owner seems to have ticked a fair few of the aftermarket optional boxes. I'll have to give props at this stage to Lindsay at Linquip for good advice on cooling systems (the water pump is on it's way out, but I have a replacement in hand before she's even off the train from WA!). Will see if I can't add some extra info and/or insanity to the place.
