I have a Pajero NM and am considering buying the ClearView towing mirrors. They have only just become available for Pajeros.
I have nearly every other type of mirror but have not been completely happy with any of them.
Has anyone purchased them - and what is your opinion of them?
Thank you.

G'day Garytee.
I have them on my 120 Prado and absolutely love them.
Have been on the car for almost a year and no dramas.

I have had them on my 200 series for 3 months and the father in law has had them fitted on his 200 series for 18 months. They are great for towing and being able to just pull them out whenever you need to tow and having the use of your standard electrical controls make it easy. I used the aussie truck mirrors for a couple of years but had to keep taking them off and damaging the rubber window seals and then storing them.

Hi
We bought them 5 months ago for our 100 series and we just love them.
Wish I purchased them earlier worth every cent.

I agree they are great. I have a 100 series Landcruiser and I hated the standard mirrors because they are curved. It is impossible to estimate distance or speed of cars comming up in the next lane with a curved mirror and very difficult to back the campwer trailer accurately. The clearview mirrors have solved this beautifully. They were easy to install and work
well.

We have had them for 18 months and think they are great. Good all round vision and so much better than having to fit mirrors every time you want to tow. Money
well spent.

Hi garytee
We first read about these mirrors in a Caravan magazine back in September 2010 when travelling in far north Qld. As soon as we returned to Victoria later that year, had them installed and couldn't be happier.
We tow a 22ft Caravan and also an Ultimate Camper trailer (of course not together ha ha!!). Absolutely terrific, can see everything. Slightly more dollars to outlay but the worth it. When
parking in carparks, always close the mirrors in just in case!

have them on the patrol & there great & wonder why i waited before fitting them but they are large & you do get a blind spot that you must allow for & in the bush you do have to fold them in a lot more but over all there worth the dollars
