Most reputable automotive paint shops will mix a small spar can of your colour if you give them the paint code ID from your vehicle id plate under the bonnet.
It usually lists items like Trim no. and Paint id no. and other info as
well.
Cost should be around $30 - $40 and also ask them for any advice in performing the touch up process.
Best Regards

Have you considered contacting Ultimate?
Is the area steel or fibreglass, if it's fibreglass it is most likely gelcoat.

My mate had one of those and it suffered badly from gravel rash behind his 100 Series.
Rather than paint, you might be better off, if you can afford it, to get it treated with Rhino Lining. This is an extremely tough, stone-resistant textured coating that can be applied as thick or as thin as you like. The factory put it on the front of our fibreglass camper, done 40,000km of off-road touring and all it needs is tyre-black to bring it up again.

No affiliation, just advising of a known good product.

Hi Gouldsie
If you drop over to the Ultimate
forum you'll get several suggestions from Ultimate owners. Contact Ultimate for access if you don't have it right now.
I use 3M stone and chip protector, water based and you can apply with a brush.
Cheers
Peter

Are you sure that the protective coating is not actually a rubberised paint ?
What do Ultimate themselves say ?
