century batterie date codes

Hi all i have a century batterie , it has some numbers stamped on the casing they are A1HA the other A24G7C , i am trying to find out because it came with a 3 year warranty and is has just died and i can not find the reciept. cheers

Zacc in top of the battery posts will be a letter stamped from A to L representing the Month and other post will have a number stamp being the last digit of the year of purchase.

Hi. Century seem to have stopped putting it on the post a number of years ago,(at least in nsw) It is on the top of the battery casing and as you say,letter for month and no. for year. eg, c-09 will be march 2009. Cheers,Bob
