We are in our early sixties, wanting to know if there is any one out there would be interested in joining us in doing the Canning Stock Route next year around June July or August

Thank you for your reply,Yes we did get a couple of replies,and in the process of responding to them, I am still getting my head around computers so it will take awhile to get it right.We are after all information at this stage,we have not done anything like the CSR before,last year we went up north for two months.please stay in touch as we are very interested on what you have to say, Cheers Syd and Sylvia

why don't you list your proposed trip in the Members Trips area as well. It will remain visible to members and visitors alike for a lot longer than a single post. The new "members Voice" magazine might also be a good place to put a notice. Good luck on what is always a great trip.

We had also tentatively planned on doing the CSR again next year with a bit more time up our sleeve. (retiring) send me an email for further info.

Hi Syd,
There is a group from Track Care (W.A.) heading up the Stock Route to do maintenance on the Wells in May, June, (2012). Maybe you would like to tag along with us? (no pressure)

Regarding helping with maintenance and repairs on the C.S.R. The work is carried out through an organisation called Track Care (W.A.) Check their website (w.w.w.trackcare W.A.) for past trips and work that has been carried out on the stock route.
