we have been looking at whats available easy hoist seems a good one ..dont know is little bull dog make a aluminum trailer...but we like the sound of the mangrove jack trailer even though its probably the dearest. we have the little wheels for our trailer which can be ok. but like others there are drawbacks to everything. we are not yet retired but know that what ever we get will be lasting a long time as we will live on the road till we have had enough ....does any one own a mangrove jack folding boat trailer that could give us some feedback... many thanks ross and chris.

hi thank you for your thoughts there is more to choose from now. we looked yesterday at a boat hoist aluminium follding trailer similiar to the one your have but only weighing in at 38kgs ...very solid and great looking trailer looked like any good boat trailer( than a folding one.)..could do us a price of $1295.00 without haggling ...very good product to see. the drawbar was in 2 pieces at 2.1 each.. which all would fit on our hard floor camper under the boat ok...but there is a few bolts to do up...so we have decided to bite the bullit and buy the mangrove jack trailer being $500 dearer.......because the drawbar comes in smaller and quicker to assemble...the mangrove jack also looks more like a folding trailer and looks easier to carry and put together.... which can be priceless.... it too weighs 38kgs. when we retire and have a caravan too... living on the road.. i think we will see the benefit of the mangrove with... mounting the trailer on the caravan with the shorter drawbar and user friendly put together....thanking you ...this was a hard choice for us but hoping the right one lookin down the track. chris and ross

hi our mangrove jack trailer arrived this week ross found it easy to put together and had it checked yesterday for rego. will register today...we are both pleased with the trailer ....on holidays next week so it will get some good use. the fellow from mangrove jack is old school and was on the phone for an hour. the mud flaps are serviceable and easier to pack than the aluminum...and mangrove jack have a good range of accesories... also they now suppy their trailers to kimmberly campers and caravans...i sound like a sales person ahey...enjoy the great outdoors....hope this can help other people....as you really have to look to get the right info.... many thanks.
