Can anyone tell me what the new style door knobs that are fitted to the lastest Traveller/Roadstar caravans are called and where they can be purchased?

Try contacting Traveller or Roadstar. That could be the simplest way to find out where to get them - Traveller might even sell you some. When we owned a Traveller they were very helpful about providing us with spare items, even when they were not warranty claims.
