Have done something similar to my courier, not that bad though. there are strengthening brackets you can buy. Below is what I got for the courier, so there should be a similar bracket for the Rodeo. Mine where only cracked and the panel beater was able to weld them up.

you have a lot of info in your profile but not a thing about vehicle model /year ive never seen that happen before at least not on navara's or mazda/courier

As I said its my Grandsons GF (Girl Friends) vehicle
I think its been a bit abused off road
The top of the shock bracket is totally broken through
(if you know what your looking at Ctl/+ will enlarge the pic so you can see)
I expect the lower part will need to be removed from the chassis and all will need to be rewelded or replaced
