Hi all,
I put a brand new set of Roolites on Dad's Rodeo before we left for the trip we are on & now 3000km or so from where they were purchased they've suffered a major failure.
I want to know who we can follow it up with.
Can anyone advise who owns Roolite or a customer support email address or phone number please?
Google didn't help much on this for an Australian contact unless they are somehow under the Pirahna stable of products???
Thanks,
Dave
(currently in
Halls Creek & having a ball.)

That seems not to have worked. I'll try again. Less than 5000km actually...

Hi All,
Another Exploroz success!
I emailed Hansa this morning when I got the response above. Within half an hour or so (helped by timezones) I had a phone call from Graham at Hansa who could not have been more helpful. He'd already arranged a pickup in
Broome and we'll swap Dad's for replacements there.
Couldn't be more happy with the service. First rate customer service.
Might unbolt them while we're on the
Gibb River road as a precaution and put them back on when we get to Kunnunurra when the worst of the roads for the trip are done.
Thanks to Hansa for sorting it out.

All sorted. Fantastic customer service picked up a new set yesterday.
Not anticipating much night driving until after the GRR so will wait until we get to Kunnunurra or
Darwin to fit the new ones.
Thanks to those who helped & to Hansa for sorting it out so quickly.
