Hi everybody, just wondering if anybody has had any experience in using products from
CEM (Cost Effective Maintenance)? They have an oil flush that sounds good on their website, but I'd like to know what others think before parting with a lot of $$$.
Website:
CEM
Thanks,
Tim.

I use their AW10 all the time, I get about 1000 Ks before the oil looks black in our TD MU. Also use the FTC decarbonizer in a Perkins diesel I had in one of my yachts as it had glazed up and it worked 100%

Not being a smart a***, but if you do a search on
CEM on this site you will get lots of info, most of it positive.
The results of people getting 3lts of sludge seem to be on those engines that have been very neglected, you dont seem to get the same dramatic results with
well maintained engine that have had regular oil changes. Thats what I've experienced on my diesel at least.
Cheers

I tried it in my 4.2 patrol, to try and combat the heating problem. Made no differance what so ever, still got hot. Rang them and was told to try another of there products. Not what I wanted to hear, so said jam it.
Waste of money in my case.
