100s landcrusier heater core

dose any one know how hard it is to replace a heater core in a 1999 100s or how much dose it cost to get someone to do it

I believe tha dash has to come out so will cost lots.

Friends have had aircon probs in a 98 and shudder when its mentioned.

Can sell you manual for one so you can work it out as have just sold my vehicle

Heard it takes about 5-6 hours to get the dash out.

hello yep the its costly job but with care you can do it your self i,just dont lose any screws, a good manual will help, i had mine done under Warranty at a toyota dealer ,1500 was going to be the cost>

My mate who had his done has just visited

He said the labour cost was $750 and was considered cheap

Parts were extra.

Took about 9 hours to remove and replace dash.

thanks got a quoat today from toyota i was supprised 360 to fit. and after market heater core 300. but 800 if i buy it from toyota + 360. to fit thaks for the offer on the book but a bloke just gave me one today what t time to go a
