I just would llike to thank Derick at ABR Sidewinder for the excellent service that ABR Sidewinder has given us. We bought a kit yesterday online and it was delievered today. Thanking you again ABR Sidewinder.

I have dealt with quite a few suppliers on line and have yet to run across someone that is as responsive, helpful, and prompt with supply of goods.

Good job Derek - something sadly lacking in many places today is good old fashioned service and help - and knowledge.

How often today do you go into a store and if they cannot read the answer to your question off the packaging they have no idea !! And often you know more about the product than they do anyway. Aaaarrrrggghhhh!!!!

Hi Andrea

Thank You for the feedback and all the follow up replies from other members.

I will be away in the Simpson Desert from the 24th of June to the 12th of July and won't have access to email so may be a bit quiet for 3 weeks but my staff will still be processing orders as usual and they can contact me by sat phone if needed.

I must agree with all. I bought my P3 brake controller and one of his 40amp pro chargers. The service was quick and professional and Derek was only to happty to answer all of my dumb questions.
