Just after some ideas for mounting a toolbox on the draw bar of my jayco eagle,at the moment i have to move my jockey wheel to allow enough space for a toolbox , i've been looking for a fully removable jockey wheel with U brackets to take off and on when required , thinking this will give me room for toolbox. Any ideas PLEASE .

Just remember that A frames arent necessarily built to take additional weight and it will aso increase your ballweight as
well.

Hmmm I have a 3 drawer toolbox that is about 500 long x250 x250 and I can barely lift it with the"few" tools I have.
Hate to think what you can get in one that size.

Gday
Not knowing where you are makes it hard to recommend a place to go.
Just google "trailer warehouse" . They have all types of jockey wheels .

as others have said - we may need to see pics of the draw bar and pics of the tool box ---
just a little hint not seeing your set up - rather than drilling through your draw bar to mount the tool box - use large u bolts to go through your tool box and around the draw bar - you can get these from a lot of trailer spares
places - or if your crafty you can just buy some booker bar ( threaded bar ) and bend up yourself as required then just cap it off under with a bit of flat bar with 2 holes drilled

Hi
I dont have a photo but I have seen an aluminium one probably 100 x 500 on an eagle. Like one of the pre-made boxes with a lockable lid but slightly triangular to match the A Frame. Partitioned inside to hold the gas bottle. The little lugs on the A frame where the bed support poles sit were relocated to the front corners of the box and then the poles shortened. Great set up and a good sized box.
Cheers
