My
membership was due for renewal so I purchased a GPS mouse as my old GPS receiver had seen better days. The payment for the GPS reciever gave me free
membership renewal.
Order was placed 7.49am yesterday and GPS was delivered 10am today. Can't get much better service than that.

Must say that I had a fairly similar experience (though slightly longer because I'm in
Alice Springs where EVERYTHING takes longer, hehehe) though blisteringly fast, my maps and my books arrived yesterday.
Impressed.
Oh yeah, also figured I was better off buying a few things that I already needed/wanted and getting my
membership than spending $50 and only getting
membership.

Yeah, ordered some books from EO on Monday and they arrived in FNQ on Wednesday. Can't beat that.

Have to agree, the lovely lady that I spoke to came across supper polite and her customer service was A-xceptional (A being A+). She is an asset to EO.

I have bought a lot of gear, maps, books etc from the
Shop and most has arrived in a couple of days.
I had a problem with one delivery but that was the fault of the Freight Co. One phone call to Adele at the
shop and all was fixed in seconds.
