I am thinking about fitting a Rhino Pioneer alloy tray to my Defender but I am not sure if I can fit in my carport with it on. Would anyone know its overall height. The Rhino web site gives the length and width but not the height.

Hi Coot
I am also looking to fit a Rhino pioneer.
If you google 'rhino pioneer roof rack they have a fitting video.
Height depends on which legs you select.
In my case I will use 110mm legs.
The 110 mm. measure from where the leg sits in the gutter to the flat support surface. The legs are identical to the Rhino roof bar legs.
I guesstimate in my situation using the 110mm legs the measurement from the gutter to the top flat surface of the platform (without the optional rails) will be about 165mm.
I won't buy untill I can see one in a shop.
Hope this helps .

The rack I am thinking about is the Pioneer alloy rack ,the one with the permanent rails. I have about 130mm clearance above the top of the legs, which I will reuse on the new rack. If the rack is higher than 130mm I will have to use the Platform rack.
