hey people, new to the
forum, needing some thoughts. Have had a new head, cam, timing belt, fuel injection pump, rebuilt injectors, new glow plugs, oil pump, glass fuel filter, but the car still has black smoke coming from it. MTQ (best in
Adelaide) tuned it, but it still feels retarded when accelerating and blows smoke. Cant use my diesel/gas as it blows even more smoke. Spoke with nissan dealer who said it may have something to do with the electronic box controlling the injectors. Kevin

Did these issue happen before, after or during the replacement of the afore said components?

The problem was there before, but I thought that doing all this work might have fixed it but it hasn't.

Try Alltrak 4wd on South rd next to Opposite Lock.
You might have had good experience with MTQ but in this case it doesn't look like it. Looks like a good reason for a second opinion.
I have recently had most of that work done to my 2.8td there and very happy with the result (clutch, timing belt, alternator, conrod bearings, turbo rebuild plus more).
