We are having a slow contant leak in our diesels fuel tank. The trouble is finding the troubled spot. Is there any other easy way of finding where the hole is, apart from our white maremma dog getting out from under it with a mohawk greasy spot on his head?? Jen

Could try cleaning the outside of the tank, then covering it in talc or chaulk dust.

Thanks Neviam, the thing is ,it is not a standard tank and there is little room spare. We are trying to escape taking the whole thing out, but it may just have to happen. Jen

Yes Mixo, those jumpy little Jack Russells would do a great job in pushing the tank together again, as they did their tricks under the 4B. Maybe I should borrow one :>) We know of a few, they are so cute and busy. Our Maremma lies under the truck and guards the shed with his life. If we have friends over and they go into the shed with Geoff he will not take his eyes off them, no matter how
well he knows them. Our female Maremma follows the grandies around and if they go anywhere that she thinks is dangerous, she yanks them back by the arm. So they tend to have a slower serious side to life in their career. I am just afraid he might go baldy with the new mousse he is wearing at the moment.:>) Jen
