We took a few days off last week to go to
Charleville for a family gathering via Innaminka to see the Cooper after the flood, thought it would be worthwhile showing my kids ( Cooper 9 & Lachlan 11 ) what our country has to offer.Image Could Not Be FoundImage Could Not Be FoundImage Could Not Be FoundImage Could Not Be Found[fi]Image Could Not Be FoundImage Could Not Be FoundImage Could Not Be FoundImage Could Not Be FoundImage Could Not Be FoundImage Could Not Be FoundImage Could Not Be Found

Great pictures Michael.
I'm sure the boys will retain good memories of their Trip.
What a terrific way to spend time together too.
Now, did you happen to have a Coopers with Cooper at the Cooper:-)

On our first trip to
Innamincka a few years ago, the hotel was promoting Coopers Beer and had (amongst other gear) a tee shirt stating "I had a Coopers on the Cooper". I bought one, still have it and wear it oftem.
Alas, the next trip there, the pub was primarily a Carlton and
United hotel and although you could still buy coopers in cans and bottles, they no longer had the Coopers promotional merchandise. Bummer I thought.
It's just not South Australian.
Bill.
