Roly
has anyone else blown / split one, i just did today on the way from
melbourne to
sydney.
i'm sure i've heard of it before.
sounded very bling bling with the turbo spooling right up to boost and then getting blown out the split, should have gone via norton st :D

G'day Roly,
Was just looking at yahoo groups and someone else has blown one.
I have heard of it many times now too.
I'd say it would pose no great problem, just have to get it fixed mate:-)

Roly,
I didn't bust the intercooler hose but I fitted a silicon hose to the turbo outlet (air), this worked
well, good for the temp. Just an idea.Keep the shiny side up

Im with martin, dont get an original, go to a turbo place and get yourself a bit of silicone hose and youll never have a problem again.
