We are nearly at the end of our trip, reaching
Broome soon and will be needing to buy a caravan cover. Have seen some on ebay they seem half the price of other ones we have seen in the caravan accessory shops. Anyone got a suggestion of which brand we should be on the look out for. Am prepared to pay for a good one that lasts.

I'm very happy with the "Prestige" cover that I bought in 2006 They are not cheap. A couple of minor nicks (user carelessnes)

Unlike Michael i am NOT happy with the Prestige Caravan Cover. I too bought our cover in 2006 and it has seen in total about 2 years use and today I took it off van and the stiching across the top of van came unstiched when I was pulling it off van and on further study of the rest of cover I found that it is slowly disintergrating and going to powder. Also unless you are prepared to rope it across the van to stop rubbing it quickly rubs a hole.
For $500 definitely not happy.

For the quality of those covers, 2 years seems a good live. The vans in the compound of our village don't seem to get much more from any brand.

Google "Caravan covers Australia" and you will get plenty The best are about $1000 custom made.
