hello every body, looking at a winch and found these in the 4wd action mag, can anyone tell me anything about them what they know, heard etc... to be in the mag i thought might have to be reasonable. at only $600-$700 mark worth looking at. i won't get a lot of use ( i hope anyway ) and is for a pajero nm. i looked them up on the net and they have a video on it and seems to come up with what i'm looking at. cheers all

Pete

HI pete,
I bought one just before Xmas,I went for the synthetic rope, weight, safety easier to use etc. Havn't tried it yet but all looks pretty good, Good co. to deal with.
Regards Mike.

Pete, looking seriously at this brand myself.
Although Chinese built they seem to be doing the job and back-up service is supposed to be very good.

A few blokes on the Patrol forum have been putting these winches to the test and all seem happy.

Cheers.....Lionel.

Hi Pete,

I bought one late last year to fit to the Patrol. It was the 12,0000lb with synthetic rope. Have not used it in anger as yet but have rewound the rope back on under tension and had no issues there. A few guys I know on the Patrol WA forum have used them and are happy with their's. I think for someone who is not using them all the time, you can't really go wrong with this one for the price. I had a few questions about mine when I was fitting it and had quick responses to my questions from the supplier. All parts for the winch are available too.

Good luck with your decision.

Regards,
Darren

Well i've been using this brand of products since they came onto the market and have not had an issue with them yet, good quality and good back up, so much so that we decided last year to join Paul(tigerz owner) and become a distributor for them.
We have sold many and i have not had anyone come back with anything but praise for the product, this goes for all of the different product that Tigerz market.
Just my 2cents worth.
