anderson plug

Hi all ,Havnig anderson plug fitted to both vehicle and van,once fitted do i still need the 7 pin trailer plug as well or do they combine both, anderson plug and 7 pin plug in one?

No, you still need the 7 pin plug for indicators, brake lights, tail lights etc.

The Anderson plug only carries a 12 volt power supply for your battery or maybe a fridge connection

You will still need the 7pin plug and socket. The Anderson PLug is simply an alternative (usually heavier) power supply to the van and is usually used to power the fridge. The 7 pin carries power (and thereby controls) for your indicators, brakes, brake lights etc.
