Gday
Between Christmas and New Year Little Wes , George M ,Muzbry and a couple of relos went up the Avon past Huggets Crossing and headed up river for a couple of hours on Mt Angus track , left on Stans track and then right to the end at the
gate on Avon rd. A good many river crossings (9), one with a log that caused some trouble for Little Wes' Rocky. He made it up after being threatened with a tow.
Chicken soup entrée with cold roast chicken and salad for main, plus a few beers.
2nd day we went up Mt Margaret track to Burgoyne track where the Rocky nearly rolled, to
Licola. Pie with sauce for lunch, followed by Cornettos for desert.
Then up the
Wellington river to
camp the night. Roast Lamb and Veg after an intense game of cards.
Day 3 we headed to
the Pinnacles and did
Billy Goat Bluff track both ways, then on to
Castleburn Creek track and camped at the corner of Fire track 65.
Cook your own steak with potato's.
Day 4 we went up and up and up Black Range track to the bitumen and off
home.
Great time had by all.

Good day7 Murray,
I assume this is the new Rocky. Petrol or Diesel?. The petrol model I had was more stable them my diesel due to lower centre of gravity . Happy new year
Cheers Pete
