Has anyone got current info on the
Birdsville INSIDE track (Thats the one west of the Diamantina river)?
It is currently listed as Closed (August 2/09) due to flooding, and I find that hard to accept as other tracks nearby are all open. Maybe it's because of past flood damage that has not yet been repaired, that I could understand.
Any recent (June, July & August 09) 1st hand info would be welcomed.
