Morning all. Still having a spot of bother with my cracked MIO moo300 reading data. I've loaded the CE version of Ozi onto a SD card. Loaded my Data files from my PC version of Ozi onto the card but the CE version will not read the wpt, plt, maps etc. Is this typical thus requiring me to start from scratch and actually have to spend some money to buy the compatable maps, etc?
Thanks o learned ones.

What format are the files on the PC? You need to convert them to the ozf3 format to run in OziCE. You can get the conversion program from the site.

In fact the latest version of OziCE will use most formats and no need to convert. You might still want to to reduce the size of the files if you are short on memory.

Hi Peter didn't know that form existed. The GIS guru at work has offered to convert my files. She's used to that sort of stuff and I think she wants to have a play. Worst thing that can happen is that I've got to delete files off the SD card and start again from scratch. (I hope).
Problem is most probably only minor but I've yet to discover the final solution.
Every bit of help and possible solutions to my delema are greatly appreciated.

Hi Dunc
I have exactly the same setup as you- with no probs !! Did you put the wpt & plt into the 'Data' folder- and cofigured Ozi to look in the Data folder ??
Same with the map files in the right folder??

Hi David replied to your email. In reply to your reply I'm still trying to get the hang of how this form of GPS works in that I'm not used to the touch screens and tapping and dragging. Will play when I'm not so knackered.
And Thanks
