I happened to mention a couple of years ago, something about
Kimberley Karavans and had then been contacted by other of a similar interest. From that original contact from EO eight set up the KKOG on Yahoo, just as a special interest. The KKOG now has over 110 members.
Last August there was a National Gathering at Gemtree on the
Plenty Highway and early in September next, there will be another National get together at Mt Ive.
There are some regional gatherings, having been one in SEQ, another couple in NSW, and the weekend after
Easter, there will be a KKOG Gathering at Timboon in South Western Victoria. It will be a bit more substantial a gathering than I had expected with about 18 Karavans to circle up, coming from SA, NSW, Queensland, one owner couple from NZud, as
well as Victoria.
If there are any Karavan owners out there that don't know of the group, there is a contact number with my profile, as
well as the link to the KKOG, and also my email address. You will be expected to provide your chassis number and other details to be granted
membership access to see the discussions. It is a closed group.
Exploroz is a great contact pivot once again.

Well, there have been 18 Karavans here with 20 owning families meeting for Saturday for some fun and frivolity as
well as a lot of learning about technologies old and new. Even knowledge of Roman levels being a part of the levels that can aid you. Heaps of fun anyway for days and days. Off to
the Pyrenees for some tomorrow and others to
Portland or to raid the quartz deposits of Dunolly
