Like me my poor
old car is getting old. I have been told that fitting "P" plates will rejuvenate both of us and make my car go faster. Is there any truth in this??????

its funny when i drive my wife's car with red "P" if i drive 45 in a 50 zone or 55 in a 60 always nearly get rear ended by others, even had some on
the horn, that's when i stop completely block the road and jump out and ask what problem is, its so funny to see these little idiots try and excuse! even had one on
the horn when i made a full stop and a
stop sign even though clearly no cars was coming i still made the full stop, can you believe these full license idiots.... i think that full license drivers have more of a problem they never tail
gate me in my 80!!

Stop completely & block the road? Sounds like a nice bit of driving!
FWIW it's an offence to display P plates if you have a full licence.

What do you expect when you purposely drive under the speed limit? You are only doing it to get a reaction...

not talking the F3 mate, two lane road one each way~ what do you suggest, roads where we live are all 50kmh you drive @ 50 and cars drive 1mtr behind, sure they do it as car showing red "p"s no other reason but to intimidate the driver... they do it to me i drive slower and slower till i stop and have a word!!

I use my brakes and let'em kiss my towbar.
I don't know if the intimidation thing is restricted to P-platers. My landcruiser has headlights fairly high and lots of people think I'm highbeaming them. Then I show'em my
driving lights. Plus with bigger tyres my speedo is out and your 50k is different to my 50k.
Having said that I wouldn't tailgate you on a 50k one lane unless you were being stupid. Neither will I be stopping for a chat. I just go around and I'm gone.
