Thread 55670 reminded me of something.
Had a bit of a chat to George Hackney at Tilterweira Station last Thursday. They've had a good season so far (250mm) with water heading along the Paroo from up north.
For those of you who are unaware of Tilterweira Station, its located approximately 40Kms south of
Wanaaring on the Paroo River.
I'll be up there between 8-10 June 2008 and post a report when I get back. So if your travelling between
Wilcannia and
Wanaaring, call in and say gidday. UHF 40 if I'm not around.
Have a good, and safe
Easter Fellas.
Regards
Kim

G'day Kim
That's the SSAA property isn't it?
I assume you'll be chasing goats?
Safe travels and happy hunting (if that's what you're up to).
If I'm mistaken then just consider this the reply of an idiot:-)
Cheers from the Moose

Yes it is a SSAA property.
I'll have the rifle with me. Whether I shoot or not will depend on the day. I'd rather do a bit of photography on This trip.
Regards
Kim.
