G`Day all, I have a 29 Ltr
grey Engel fridge with cover in A1 condition. I am considering upgrading to a new 40 Ltr for the extra room. My question is what is a fair asking price for the 29 Ltr, it is about 9 year old. Regards Nav.

We've got a spot in the vehicle lined up for 1 and a 32 litre will fit nicely allowing the lid to fully open. will be running as a freezer with the 40 litre as a fridge.

Main difference between the E-series 29litre and the F-series 32 litre is that the 32litre got the latest compressor and is more economical on power.

At 9 years old, I wouldn't think you realistically ask more than about $350- for it...... just my opinion. Otherwise, as Leroy suggests, whack it on ebay.

I reckon that you'd get $450 for it at the right time and place. Assuming that it has all the leads etc and is quiet when running.

Thank you all for the reply's, gives me some idea
where to start. I am in no rush to get the new one. I sold an old 84 model 39 Ltr a few years back for $400 to a mate and it is still going strong. Lost the new 40 Ltr replacement stolen a year later so am on my third 40 Ltr. I now drill a hole through the casing and thread a lock alarm through and so far so good. Regards Nav.
