Hi everyone,
Have a question that is maybe a little left field of what normally appears on the
forum so here goes.
Does anyone know of any detailed books or websites that would give me all of the old Cobb and Co routes in Queensland and stopover points.
I have googled with little success but
information is really sketchy and not what I am after.
Hope some one can help.
Cheers
Howard.

Interesting question. Few of the actual routes seem to be documented. Or is that the route the horseriders take on their way down the Great Divide ?
Stopover points or rest stations where they changed horses ? As I understand it the rest points were less substantial, stopover points were
places such as Murwillambah with its punt, and Mudgereebah etc

Thanks Footloose
No its not the horse trail. Actual coach routes and the stop over points where they rested the horses and picked up passengers.
Cheers
Howard.
