Removing FJ60 rear sliding windows

Hi all, after some advice on how to remove the rear sliding windows in my FL60. Need to replace a broken one but have no idea how to go about it. Do I first need to remove the window frame from the vehicle, if so how ?
Any advice would be appreciated.
