Debating about buying a second-hand tinny with trailer and motor.
3.6m quintrex - approx 10 year old, hardly used, no leaks.
15HP yamaha outboard - approx 10 year old, bought second-hand last year (starts and runs perfect)
Trailer goes with it but needs to be slightly modified.
The trailer does not need to be used because its a small tinny/motor setup anyway.
About 10months rego left, with lifejackets, oars, fuel tank, anchor, etc
I have used it a couple times and it has no problems.
I will only use it in creeks around mackay for crabbing when the weather is bad for using my 16ft half-cabin boat, so i dont want to spend alot for a crabbing/muck around tinny.
I am 80% sure about buying it.
All for $1000 firm.
Do you think this is a good price?
Thanks in advance for your opinions.

By the way, it isnt stoolen.
It belongs to a mate, and he bought it off one of his work mates a year ago who bought it brand new.
I know both of them.

A good price.....should be around $1500-$2000 mark at least IMO.
Good idea at the moment to purchase a small tinny to hide from this wild weather and rain.

About 3 weeks ago I sold my 1997 3.7m Quintrex with a 1998 15hp Johnson and trailer all registered with safety gear for $3000.
So at $1000 I would grab it quick before he changes his mind.
Cheers,
Brett

You want to grab that before your mate comes across this post.
