We bought a Coleman HWS from Snowies in Adelaide last June and it has seen much use. On our last trip it started cutting the gas in and out (And the rotten thing waited until the the Bush Princess was in the shower to do that!).

I took it back into Snowies on Saturday and they replaced it with a new one straight out of the box.

The chap said that there was a batch with bad thermostats about the time we bought ours and Coleman are replacing them if they fail.

If you are having problems it may be worth taking it back.

Great service from Snowies and I even managed to get out of there without spending anything despite some new goodies I hadn't seen before. It helps if I take the Bush Princess along to keep me in line - otherwise I would have come home with one of those new North Star lanterns that fit on the small cylinder which were on special!

Cheers

Pete

Coleman are simply a fantastic company to deal with, nobody backs their products like coleman does ('cept maybe Evakool)
