Does anyone know if its ok for a non-member to roll up to a club meeting without giving them prior notice. The monthly type social meetings.

Dean, i'm a member of the Moreton Districts Off Road Club in
Brisbane, we meet on the 1st Thursday of the month at 7.30pm at the Kallangur community hall, Anzac ave , Kallangur, we welcome all visitors, no need to give prior notice, just turn up.
We are a family orientated club, with a mix of various vehicles, and trips that run from social outings to extended tours all over the country, if you need to find a club near you, contact the ANFWDC, they should be able to give you a list of clubs in your area, hope this helps, regards, Dave.

Any club would welcome a visitor
check out the clubs u would like to visit, u could get a phone number
to ring &
check if not sure.
You did not say what area u are in, could be people here who attend & maybe could introduce u to a club
cheers .

It helps if you know at least one person there so you don't feel like a doofus with no-one to talk to. Turn up early before the meeting starts so you can chat to the key people in the club beofre it all turns to finances and politics.
