We have an 8 hour power outage at the moment and the engle is humming away but wait.....humming???? Maybe it's cycling on and off too often....maybe it's draing too much current! How many AH is that battery!!! Ah it's turned off again....I can relax again....maybe I should leave the lid open to see how long the battery will last. Nope dumb idea....the food will get warm (and the beer!!) should i put the insualtive cover on.....the walls arn't too thick on an engel.....
Oh and I have the inverter running my adsl modem. Ah the wonders of modern electronics!!

Engel doesn't need thick walls, too thick walls are no good, moves the temp center too far outwards resulting in reduced efficency.
