Hi,

A number of us are going to do the Wandoo Woodlands and Powerline Trek this weekend.

Is anyone aware if any of the recent Water Catchment closures affect the route in the trek notes for this Trek?

Or any other advice that may be going appreicated..

Regards,
Heath

You won't have a problem. The catchment closures are all further west, around Mundaring.

Heath,

Are any of you OziExplorer moving map users? If so we would really like to be able to get the Wandoo Woodlands trek track plot file. See if you can, no worries if you cannot it is just one of those treks that for some reason I cannot find the plots I have recorded. Email them to me if you get a chance to collect it david@exploroz.com

Enjoy the trip and like the comment above the closures do not effect these notes - At least as far as we are aware.

David,

Is it just the Wandoo Woodlands you are interested in. I have a track plot for the Powerline Track to Mt Observation, This is the trip out of Western 4wdriver 'Days out of Perth'.

Brad.

Here's the CALM WA info letter on the closures....

Mundaring track closures

All the good stuff to the east like L300 Hill, Blackboy, CV Hill etc is now out of bounds. Bugger.
